It’s not about headstands or turning your body into a pretzel - in fact it’s not about what you look like at all. A guided practice can help you safely discover what feels right for your body and work with your personal limits. It creates flexibility in both body and mind - and that is a valuable asset in building resilience and living a healthy, happy life!

Private Sessions 

If you are new to yoga a group class can feel a little intimidating so why not book a 1:1 session first to learn the basics. Or maybe you have an existing practice but are looking to address a specific problem or take it further?

 

I offer private and completely personalised Vinyasa and Yin classes for individuals, couples or up to three friends. You can choose from a professional studio space in the center of Baltimore, my cozy home studio or another space that feels comfortable to you. Reach out to find out more!

Group Classes

Whether it's a bachelorette party, a birthday bash or a few of you in need of some R&R, a yoga session can be a great addition to your program. The style, pace and length can be completely customised to your group's need.

I can’t recommend Kat highly enough! After several failed attempts I finally caught my yoga mojo at her classes and it’s now part of my routine. Kat is a great teacher and all-round wonderful human, very knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive; she sets you in the right mind set which follows through the class and stays with you afterwards... if you think yoga isn’t for you - you just haven’t tried it with Kat - trust me on this one.
