Are you truly living or just
getting through the days?
Have you ever heard of a Stehaufmännchen? It's the German name for the little doll with a rounded base that just refuses to stay down when pushed over. It literally translates as “little get back up man” and that image has followed me through life. Not because I never fell, but because I always found a way to rise again.

I’ve navigated my share of turning points: childhood bullying, family trauma, a sudden divorce, and twice standing at the edge of no return. Through all of it I've learned that resilience isn't about being unshakeable. It's about finding your way back to yourself when life feels chaotic or heavy.
I didn't just survive these chapters; I learned to rebuild better, reorient my priorities, and rise to a brighter, more balanced future.
I built my own resilience and balance. Now I help others build theirs.

You’re doing everything - managing work, relationships, responsibilities - yet somehow losing yourself in the process. You’re functioning, but not living, and your wellbeing keeps getting pushed to “later.”
The world tells you balance is simple…but let’s be real: it isn't. It requires intention, tools, and someone who genuinely understands what it means to be lost or broken, and to reprioritise and rebuild.
I’m not here as a guru. I've walked this path. I've been overwhelmed, exhausted, convinced there's no light at the end of the tunnel. I’m here as someone who has rebuilt from the ground up - and believes deeply in your ability to rise and reset. You have the capacity to redesign a life that feels truly aligned and build a stronger sense of self that means when life knocks you over, you have the resilience to get back up.
You get one precious life. Let’s make it one you’re living fully and intentionally.
